Visual Art and Design Thinking
Visual Art and Design Thinking course is an introductory program that provides students with a solid foundation in various artistic and design disciplines. The course is designed to help students develop their creative and technical skills while exploring various mediums, techniques, and concepts. Through hands-on projects and critical analysis, students are encouraged to develop their own unique styles and approaches to art and design. The course also emphasizes the importance of research and contextual analysis in developing a deeper understanding of the historical, cultural, and social significance of art and design. The course will cover topics such as color theory, composition techniques, gestalt theory, elements and principles of art, introduction to Indian and Western art history and Western modern art movements. By the end of the program, students should have a broad understanding of various artistic and design practices and be well-equipped to pursue further study or careers in the field.

The course is divided into 3 modules
Module 1- Drawing Explorations
The first module Drawing Explorations will have 26 classes (1 Class -1 hour and 15 minutes) or 13 classes (1 Class -2 hours and 30 minutes)
Module 2- Design & Visual Perception
The second module Design & Visual Perception will have 52 classes (1 Class -1 hour and 15 minutes) or 26 classes (1 Class -2 hours and 30 minutes)
Module 3- Final Project
The third module Final Project will have 26 classes (1 Class -1 hour and 15 minutes) or 13 classes (1 Class -2 hours and 30 minutes).
